Steve stayed on because he saw firsthand how difficult some kid’s loves were in our community and it would have been difficult knowing this and not helping.

Ben is the Director of HR at United Alloy and joined our Board in June 2022. Ben and his wife have two young boys and enjoy hiking, fishing, playing golf and attending as many Badger sporting events as possible. His motivation for joining the Board is driven by understanding that the privileges and opportunities that he (and now his boys) experienced as youngsters are not equal throughout the community. Having the opportunity to help serve an organization that helps to bridge the inequality gap for the youth in our community was a no-brainer!

Chad joined our Board in July 2022 because he felt there is no better way to give back than to help guide and develop the next generations of future leaders.
